How does the series work?
This series typically includes 8 core group coaching meetings, with the option to add sessions on challenging behavior, responsive environments, transitions, and routines. Each 60-minute meeting follows a consistent agenda.

Between sessions, educators try agreed-upon strategies, collect short clips or notes, and bring their experiences back to the group for problem-solving and celebration.

- Learn to strengthen predictable routines and clear expectations.
- Participate in planning, reflecting and implementing the strategies
Supporting transitions
- Learn about smooth transitions within the day (arrival, clean-up, moving between activities).
- Use visual cues and songs to help children know what is happening and what comes next.
- Learn and implement these strategies in a real classroom
