One-on-one coaching for early childhood directors, teams, and educators who are ready to create calmer classrooms, stronger relationships, and truly inclusive programs. Coaching gives you a thinking partner, a clear framework, and concrete next steps.
Coaching can be offered virtually (video call) or/and, when feasible, on-site in your program.
You work directly with your assigned coach. Depending on your goals, sessions may include just you or occasionally invite specific team members into a session.
The coaching would happen in two parts: on-the-floor and off-the-floor coaching sessions. The on-the-floor coaching will include supporting your practices through a video call, pre-recorded videos, or in-person visits. The off-the-floor coaching will include reflection and problem-solving together on your goals. These sessions will be long enough for reflection, problem-solving, and planning—short enough to fit into your schedule.
Most educators or programs begin with bi-weekly sessions and adjust over time as you gain momentum and confidence.
Between sessions, you'll have small, realistic action steps to try, plus resources, templates, or reflection prompts as needed.

This depends on your goals. Some clients work together for a focused 4-6 week block around a specific challenge; others choose ongoing support across a school year to sustain implementation and support new staff. We can decide this together in your coaching plan.
The primary relationship is with one main coachee (often a director, supervisor, or lead educator). When it serves your goals, we can invite specific team members into a session, or identify ways for you to share and model strategies with your team. If you are looking for full-team or group coaching, we can explore that on our call.
Depending on your location and schedule, limited in-person visits may be possible for observations, team meetings, or intensive days. Travel fees may apply. We can discuss this on your discovery call.
No. Inclusive practices is a core that guides our work, but you do not need to be "doing it perfectly" or formally implementing it. Coaching can help you get started, deepen what you're already doing, or bring it to life in your unique context.
Life in early learning is unpredictable. With at least 24 hours' notice, sessions can usually be rescheduled. Full details are outlined in the coaching agreement you'll receive before we begin.
If you are ready to move from "knowing" to actually doing—more calm, connection, and inclusion in your program—coaching gives you structured, compassionate support to get there.
